INFORMATION FOR ADVISEES
- The program is currently open to all physicians in the United States. We apologize that we cannot accommodate international physicians at this time.
- Communications between advisors and advisees should follow professional standards. Advisors are expected to respond to your messages within a week.
- Every attempt will be made to assign an appropriate volunteer advisor. If a problem should arise, the student should contact the Program Director (Dr. David Lee, dlee@nshs.edu.) The Medical Toxicology Virtual Advisor Program's primary role is to assist in the establishment of the relationship between advisor and advisee and cannot oversee all communications.
- Advisors cannot guarantee special circumstances for their virtual advisees. The Medical Toxicology Virtual Advisor Program is not intended to connect students with faculty at, or facilitate matching to, a specific fellowship program.
- The Medical Toxicology Virtual Advisor Program is not responsible for, nor guarantees a fellowship position.
- Participants in the Medical Toxicology Virtual Advisor Program maybe asked to complete a survey regarding the experience at the end of the program.
